Blue Collar Bridge was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that every
individual deserves access to meaningful career opportunities, regardless of their
background. After witnessing firsthand how limited access to training and
employment can hold people back, I was inspired to create a pathway that connects
talent, opportunity, and transformation.
Our mission is to close workforce gaps by building strong partnerships between correctional institutions, trade schools, and employers-creating sustainable pathways to employment and self-sufficiency.
